I am from Sunny California. I have only really been cooking homemade for about 3 years now. I use the inet alot for recipies and fell into this site when looking for a way to tenderize gizzards. Today i tried my hand at homemade salad dressing using greek yoghurt, spices, seasoned rice vinegar and a dab of mayo. i think it needs more vinegar though because i could barely taste it over the spinach salad, purple onions, cilantro and grated nutty swiss cheese. Perhaps some sea salt? Anyway, I really like the intent of this site. Hope to be a long-time member.
