Hi everyone. I'm Mark from Barrie Ontario on the shores of beautiful Lake Simcoe. My families cooking influence is Austria/Hungarian and my wife is a transplanted German. I love BBQ/Smoke cooking but since moving to a condo, I have had been working on converting some of my favorites to oven cooking.

I hope to learn some new recipes from the forum members and share some of my own.
