Just found this site the other day. Decided to jump in. We have a 25 acre farm that I work in the summer. I'm "home" now so I have time to browse the web. Hubby has been out bow hunting. We are now in the process of "packing" our second deer. I am a "dirt to table cook" basically what is growing/ripening, is on our table. What ever protein source we can freeze, is on our table. LOL I checked out the forums and found the wild game forum. I was so happy!
