I am also a new member and live in Australia. I think this community provides a wonderful connection with people who love cooking all over the world! Although Australians aren't well known for many signature dishes, I'm sure I can give you some great tips on how to cook the perfect BBQ, or 'Barbie' as we like to call it! It is probably my Dad's favourite dinner, I think he has an obsession with cooking steak. What are your favourite Spanish dishes? I would really love to cook something special for Mother's Day which is coming up, so some ideas would be fabulous. Hope to hear from you soon! Emilie
