Post Hi Everyone

This forum is just fantastic. I am so glad I found it. Can't wait to get right in and learn more about cooking. I am pretty so-so at it.
Sure I will be able to contribute as well, my mother and grandmother were both great cooks so I have learnt a little over the years.

Yes, I have been reading and learning about things like making beef wellington from scratch and deep fried steak, which sounds interesting. There is just so much to read. Will no doubt see you in the forums in the future look forward to catching up
