Hi everyone. I'm posting from New York, USA. I haven't had the chance to look around this site very much yet, but from what I've seen it looks great. I look forward to learning a lot.
I'll be looking for advice on meals that are quick to prepare and are low carb or at least can be adapted to low carb.
I know low carb works for me but I can't stay on it very long out of sheer boredom so I'll need recipes.
Like most people I'm starting my diet next week. Until then I have a non low carb question I'm posting in the ethnic section.
