It's nice to meet you all!

My name is Vivien and I'm a student at the University of Toronto. For a course I'm taking, I'm actually working on a business idea that involves home bakers, so I was wondering if I'm allowed to post a small survey here since I'd love to get some feedback from fellow members of the baking community. This is solely for research purposes.
