Hi Everyone!

Hi, I'm new here! I'm a domestic Goddess in training. I've 33, moved from Canada to England in 2000. I've been engaged for 8 years and have just recently decided to learn to cook fresh, healthy food for my fiance and myself. We like to eat rice, chicken, fish etc. Hope I can find good tips and recipes here!

Hello, welcome to DC! I'm sure you'll be able to find some good advice. I've found there are lots of people here who know their stuff (and I haven't even been here long).
Just because something has a duck bill doesn't mean it's a platypus. It might just be a duck.

Welcome to DC, Tishylou. This is a great place to find new ideas and recipes. What's your favorite dish to prepare?
