Hi Everyone - This is my first time here

Hi Every one. Just happened on this site as I was looking for some one to tell me how to cook a Tri-tip as I never have.

Any one have a recipe or help with this.l I would really appreciate it. I am having some people over next month and thought that would be a great dinner, but I don't want it to not turn out

Hi Suki and welcome to DC. We have a beef topic as well as an outdoor topic. If you post your question on one of them, I'm sure you will get many answers. We do tri-tip often and it's a great piece of meat. So go check out the topics I mentioned and get some recipe ideas and meet some of our other members.
