I just happened on this forum and decided to sign up. I love to cook as a hobby. Of course, I probably wouldn't be so interested if I didn't like to eat too . I am having my kitchen remodeled so I'm getting pretty excited about that as well. I have a wide range of cooking interests including cuisines from around the world. I am naturally curious about ingredients from around the world and spend a lot of time in our local ethnic markets. I look forward to learning and sharing with you.

Old Kitchen - Before Picture

Here's my kitchen today. I'll post after pictures when it's all done. I am doing a complete tear out and putting in wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. If anyone has any opinions regarding the GE Cafe line of appliances, I would love to hear them since I am considering them.
