I'm a novice, can cook the basics but looking to take it further.
I'm an avid sailor and my main impetus is to be able to put together a decent meal or snacks on board, also want to learn more about food safety. So far I'm good at opening packets, bottles and serving cold cuts hahabut there's so much more to offer.
