Hi from MO!

I found this site after doing some research on Top Chef University. Thought I would stick around awhile and see what's going on. I'm retired and enjoying photography, travel, and my new love - cooking! Just took a class on Indian food at a local culinary center and now I am hungry to learn! Hope to see everyone in the forums! - Dave

Happy to hear you are trying your hand at cooking - it's easily the tastiest hobby out there

Welcome aboard!!!

Hello and welcome to DC
All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt

Welcome to DC, Dave. Being member of DC has stretched my palate, it is a great place to hang out and do some virtual cooking (when not in the kitchen actually cooking). If you have a Kindle, I post free e-cookbooks for the Kindle almost every day. If you don't have a Kindle, you can download the books to a Kindle Cloud.
