Hi! Have blog and need advice!

Hello, Everyone! My name is Jamie, and my friend and I have started a cooking blog, called "It's All About the Garnish"

I'd love for you to check it out. I can't post URLs here just yet, but if you Google "It's All About the Garnish", and look for the link connected to blogspot, you'll find it.

I'm also looking for some advice as how to do an awesome filet mignon without having to be in the kitchen. I'm doing a three course tasting menu, and don't want to leave my guests at the table for too long to get it on their plates. I'm thinking of doing the Beef Wellington thing, where you sear it, chill it, then throw it in the oven before serving it. Thoughts?
