Hi I'm new!
I just joined and hope to make some new friends and share in this forum!
As my username states, I love to bake! I like to cook too, but don't know all the basics yet so you will probably see a lot of questions from me. My friends know me for the Devil's Food Chocolate cupcakes with Mint Icing and Banana Bread I make. I don't create my own recipes but maybe one day down the road.
I tried searching a few minutes ago, but maybe I didn't search with the right words, I would like to know how to bake/broil chicken (skinless, boneless) with BBQ sauce, either as a marinade or just basting the sauce, how long to cook, what temperature? Do I cook the chicken first and then put sauce on top for so many minutes? I live in a high-rise apartment so my only resources are an oven, microwave and a George Foreman Indoor Grill. Step-by-steps would be much appreciated!
