Senior Cook
You may notice I first registered several months back. I have not however been back to the site until now. So I thought I would try to start things off right this time with an introduction and profile.
I have more time to cook and use the internet now. I have always cooked even as a child my mother would hold cooking class on Saturdays with all three kids at the table each cooking a different batch of cookies. Our family made 9 loaves of bread every Saturday for the following week.
I certainly learned how to bake cookies, along with the very basic family favorite dinners. As I got older I have tried to learn on my own how to cook a wider variety of ethnic foods. I favor Italian, Mexican, American, and some Thai recipes.
I am always open to new tips, ideas and new recipes.
