Welcome Salinka,
look around and see all the things we have here..Meats, fruits, desserts, vegetables, pastas. You will find many things that can be done in an electric skillet..Try making fried chicken, chicken fried steak, even a small recipe of beef stew on a low setting..Good luck and enjoy youself.

Hi, glad you've joined us.

I use my electric skillet for Frech toast and pancakes. I also use it
at potlucks turned down really low to keep food warm.
