Don't know what I'm doing. Could someone help me with a question? I received a smoked pork loin with bone in and don't really know how to cook it.:pig: I'm not even sure if I filled out the correct section to ask.

Depends on how it was smoked. If it was just 'given' smoke flavor it needs to be cooked, and how long depends on its weight. If it was fully smoked it should say so and should say it is fully cooked, in which case it just needs to be re-heated.
I guess we need more specifics about it: Size, any package info, etc.

Hello Maverick, This was a pork loin from the locker by us. We own a hunting ranch and we took a hog to the butcher, that a customer left here. It was smoked with bone in, and just needed to be reheated. Thank You. PS. We are originally from Richmond, Il. up by the border by Twin Lakes.
