Hi Y'all

I live in Texas but I am a Yankee. I was imported to texas by my husband.
I Love cooking and I went to an Italian cooking school for 5 months. I love making pastries. Some day I want to open my own shop but in the meantime I work in computers . Glad to have found a forum to talk about food.

Howdy, Austinchef, you'll be putting roots down before you know it. People are friendly here in Texas and Austin is a great city to live in. We won't discuss the weather, however.
The only difference between a "cook" and a "Chef" is who cleans up the kitchen.
