Hi everybody
My name is Carly, I'm from New Brunswick, Canada. I'm an army wife and an avid cook.
My husband will eat pretty much anything (phew). As long as it doesn't crawl off the plate too fast, my husband will eat it. Which is good because when we got together, I was a pretty miserable cook besides an egg and there's only so much eggs you can eat But it was my love for my hubby that made me want to be better at cooking. I wanted to impress him.
I'm still hit and miss (Someday, I'll tell you the tale of Carly and the Meatloaf that smelled like sulphur). I want to refine my skill and while I do not have the money for cooking classes. I've got lots of question and I'm not afraid to take risks.
So I'm hoping I can learn some new techniques and refine my skills. Nice to meet you all!
