Howdy

Hey guys,just joined and was wanting to say howdy.I'm 50 yrs old,layed brick for 25 yrs, and been smokin Q for about as long.I gotta wife and four kids from 8 to 31, and we live in the BBQ Capital of the world here in NC.Y'all have a good day.Dwain

Welcome Dwain! I don't know a thing about BBQ but if you are talking about the real BBQ - smoked low and slow you might be able to create an argument about where tthe real deal is. Cheers!
