I've looked around a little bit and this seems like a pretty friendly place. I do most of my cooking on the weekends because I'm usually insanely busy with work during the week.
Most recently, I've really been enjoying smoked tri-tips and baby-backs from my Traeger smoker and homemade sourdough breads. I've been cooking for my family for many years with no house burnings, incidents requiring sutures, or inadvertent poisonings!
I'm looking to expand my knowledge, abilities, and repertoire.
