Red face Howdy folks

Hi gang!!
This is my first forum experience so please be gentle I am a foodie who had the great experience of having a mother who was an great cook and teacher. I am the youngest of 6 (Had enough help on the farm so I learned how to fry chicken). Best wishes to you all.
