Welcome! I grew up in Port Arthur, and used to have a house on the west side of Lake Livingston. I don't do any canning, but I've eaten a lot of good East Texas food.

yeah it is.even this "small". ranching. town im in has Mexican food.im not sure.but i think that they have some tex mex.
