garlic josh aka Joshua Garlic.. 20 years old, grew up in the upper part of Wisconsin, moved to Pittsburgh PA with my partner while she was attending college.
Vegan for 5 years before returning back to vegetarianism to further advance my knowledge in cuisine...hoping to attend culinary school this next fall then later Dr in food science.

Came across these forums the other day while looking around the web, you really seem like a nice and knowledgeable group of folks..it's a pleasure to be here.
