our happy little tribe were just dancing around the campfire, doing our rain and buffalo dances, and suddenly a trickle of whitemen chefs showed up, not being truthful about why they were in our hunting grounds.

then more came, and more...

hmmm, can i get the rights to open a casino?



all kidding aside, i'm glad all of the usurpers, umm, newbies seem to understand, at least somewhat.
like i said, at least the ice was broken, and you may now all join in on the campfire dancing. and you only have to dislike me for it. the rest of the admins and members can go on smelling like roses. (ok, not you sush. i really hope you don't smell like roses again...)

We are harmless, food loving people. If you perceive a problem ( and it appears that you still do) maybe you should direct your concerns to the Admin staff and I, for one, would happily get on my horse and disappear into the sunset if directed.

OK folks, I am closing this thread. This was supposed to be an introduction thread for Harborwitch. Sharon I am sorry I am closing this thread on you. I feel horrible that a thread that was meant to make you feel welcome has turned into this. Please feel free to start a new one if you like.

There was some friction in the very beginning, but for the most part everyone has been playing nicely for the past few days. The new members took a short while to adjust to DC, but they DID adjust and are participating in the same way that everyone else is.

If anyone still has any concerns then I suggest we move it to PM's and keep it off the public side of the board. If anyone would like to discuss anything at all then please send myself, Alix, MJ or any of the helpers a PM and we will be happy to talk with you.

All of us come from different backgrounds, cultures, customes and of course, tastes, but there is an air of magic in this forum which makes all of us coexist in harmony, and be friends to each other. Let's keep the magic growing and glowing...
