I'm new to DC

Just wanted to say Hi, I found this site by googling Lychees. My friend has a good crop and wanted to know what to do with them. You all had some good suggestions. I thought that I would join the forum since I love to cook and entertain. We also grill and smoke on a Big Green Egg. Looking forward to talking food.

Welcome to DC! You have come to a good, friendly place. Enjoy the lychees - we have just about finished harvesting ours, except the ones at the tip top of the tree...the ladder doesn't quite reach....
