Hello and my name is Mark Beuthien and it's very nice to be a part of this cooking forum. I am a long time 'at home' gourmet cook who enjoys trying new methods and styles of cooking.

I enjoy cooking shows, magazines on cooking and of course making wonderful food for my friends and family. While I am not a "professional chef" like my oldest son and 2 close friends I can keep up and even sometimes surprise them
