Hi All
I have just joined the site to talk to like minded people...people that like to cook and like to eat!
Want to learn more of the basics like making pastry and bread! I tend to try and run before I can walk with cooking which can be rather frustrating
Would love to learn more about Turkish, greek, albanian and balkan cooking
Sometimes a simple salad with good olive oil and balsamic vinegar some bread some cheese is great and then there are the times that I crave a good steak
I dont like liver, offal or shellfish
