I'm New & Just Want To Say Hi...

Hi everyone my name is Bernard and I don't know anything about cooking but would like to LEARN....

I recently tried to make a Macaroni Pie with corn beef and raisins [this was my first time] and it came out on a scale of 1 to 10 ....4.7 ........with ketchup ........7 [ I Love Ketchup]

Hope its not too much trouble to answer my [below beginners level] questions....

Thanks for having me .....Bye

Hi, Bernard. Welcome to DC. Wonderful name...Bernard. My dearest friend's name is Bernard and he is a fabulous cook. Just take some time and "read" recipes completely through and understand them. This will be one of the best things you can do in the world of cooking.

All you have to do here is ask questions. The answers will come. We're glad you've found us.
