Hi everyone my name is Bernard and I don't know anything about cooking but would like to LEARN....

I recently tried to make a Macaroni Pie with corn beef and raisins [this was my first time] and it came out on a scale of 1 to 10 ....4.7 ........with ketchup ........7 [ I Love Ketchup]

Hope its not too much trouble to answer my [below beginners level] questions....
