Hello and welcome! It's wonderful to have you here.

I have a question, if you don't mind me asking. We were in northern Italy just a few weeks ago. One of the things that we love so much about the pizza is that the tomato sauce on the pizzas is so fresh tasting. I have attempted this at home, but can't seem to make it properly. Any advice to make authentic pizza sauce for pizza margherita? Thanks!!

(Maybe I should ask this elsewhere, but I couldn't help myself having just returned from Italy!)
Life is too short to eat processed, artificially-colored, chemically-preserved, genetically-modified food. Or maybe that IS why life's too short.

Welcome! Please send me some San Marzano tomatoes. My tomatoes from my garden suck for pizza.
