Intro to jabbur

Hello! I am new to this site. I found it while researching oatmeal flour. My neice is allergic to alot of basic food stuffs and I am looking for recipes and foods she can eat without soy, wheat, or rice flours. I am married with two sons. The oldest is 22 and looking for a full time job in computers while working as a Japanese Hibachi chef. The younger is 17 and a senior in high school. I love to cook but hate to clean! I'm lookng forward to chatting with everyone here.
