Hi there all, i`m Trev, new to the site obviously and thought i`d say hi

I`m relatively new to cooking, having made the `leap` from home baking i find myself increasingly enjoying cooking for me, my missus, and my son.I`ve been looking for somewhere to discuss/share experiences and here looked as good a place as any.

Welcome aboard. I think you will find folks here very friendly and helpful.

Sometimes we have spirited discussions but everything is polite, as it should be.

And I know it is hackneyed but the only dumb question is the one not asked. I am a bit older and there are things, particularly those dealing with modern culture, that I just have no idea about. So usually I ask. OK, sometimes I ask.

No one minds, people are kind here and want to help and learn.

And I often learn things from questions that I am glad other folks did not hesitate to ask.

Everyone here is on your side. Again, welcome.

Hello and welcome to DC!

And if someone isn't polite, don't worry as Marge will send em to her woodshed, which is where you will meet Buckytom most of the time.

Did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees? Hot air for a cool breeze? Cold comfort for change?
Did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?
