Hello to all,

Just a quick Hi from south easter lower Michigan.:)

I'm just a foodie, not a chef. I've been making custom knives for a little over 10 years now.
I'm a big fan of japanese cutlery, from kitchen knives to nihonto ( I also study Iaido).
I'm always willing to learn more about food, I hope I can fit in here and have a good time on this forum.
