It's so interesting that you should ask this question today. My nephew who is a professional cook, was just telling me yesterday, that he and his chef were just beginning to learn about Molecular Gastronomy. I have prompted him to join DC. I will give him another gentle nudge, if he knows there are others here who have knowledge in this field he may just jump on the band wagon! I think this is a facinating subject! :)
