OkAy, Not really a reply, more of a question. I'm new here and haven't figured out how everything works yet. It's been a few years since I've had to do turkey day at my house (usually go to our daughters but this year they are all coming here). I have a G.E. electric roaster..a BIG one. I have two turkey breasts each weighing about 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 lbs each. I plan to cook both in the one electric roaster. Will this require extra cooking time, or will it be the same? I really do not like cooking turkey dinners LOL. Thanks.

Welcome to DC! I'm sure someone will pop in soon to help you!

You are cooking 15 or so pounds of meat. depending on the space between them they may well cook faster than a 15 lb turkey. Use an insta-read thermometer to check them. Does the package have an approx time? if so check it then and then every 1/2 hour or so as needed.
