hi my name is suzee im new to this site and am here to say hi to everyone, I also have a question, my friend heard on a cooking programme the benifits of jagurie or jagerie its unrefined sugar thats supose to help heal the lungs has anyone ever heard of this sugar if so where would i buy it and how do i prepare it to eat? as i have bronchitus any thing that helps is a bonus iv googled it but nothing comes up, please can anyone out there help suzee x:)

Jaggery is an unrefined sugar from India. You can find it in Indian groceries.

IMHO, I wouldn't count on its doing much for your lungs. It's just sugar.
