Hi, From our almond farm in Glenn Co., CA. My husband and I raise almonds (20 acres), apples and lots of produce. We live at the foot of Mt. Lassen and are blessed to be able to grow anything in our climate. I cook for our big family of two daughters and three grandchildren every day. They live on either side of us. We also always have drop-in neighbors and friends stay for dinner often! We ran a country store, deli, etc. here and I LOVE to cook and bake. We are starting a farm business that includes baking with our own produce. I love to talk about food, prepare food and share food!!
