Just a Beginner

Hello Everyone, I am glad to be seen. Just joined and only new to forums compared to cooking. I love to cook when it is new and fresh. Daily dinners are a drag so I combat that by buying new cookbooks (at my age this is quite the collection now). So I hope to get new ideas from this community as I can't keep buying all those books.
