Just found this forum this evening...

... and so far, I love it! I've been reading it for the past hour or so and, oh well, maybe I'll just stay up all night here. Looking forward to getting some great ideas and tips from you all (and hopefully giving some too, but I do burn stuff as simple as grilled cheese sandwiches now and then!).

Welcome to DC!! If you think you burnt things before joining this site, wait for it!! DC is so destracting!! Turn the PC off whenever you feel like cooking or your pots will boil dry, your roasts will roast, and your auto kettle will have shut off leaving you with cold water for your coffee!!! LOL Don't say you weren't warned!!!
