Egg Foo Young and haven't made it in about 5 years or so. It's going to go in the rotation now that I've been reminded.
Steve's recipe is almost exactly the way I make it, except for the mustard powder - that sounds like a nice little extra kick to the sauce. MUST have the sauce! I add some well rinsed and drained, sliced water chestnuts to the egg mixture for a little extra crunch. Going to have to make this next week.
