Chief, here's Steve's recipe I posted shortly after I came here in 2010.....

He does it perfectly, and it's really delicious.

Egg Foo Young

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but rather by the moments that take our breath away.

Thanks, Kay and Steve! I love Egg Foo Young and haven't made it in about 5 years or so. It's going to go in the rotation now that I've been reminded. Steve's recipe is almost exactly the way I make it, except for the mustard powder - that sounds like a nice little extra kick to the sauce. MUST have the sauce! I add some well rinsed and drained, sliced water chestnuts to the egg mixture for a little extra crunch. Going to have to make this next week.

Welcome to DC! We have heard good things about you that it already feels like we know you!

A little bit Ginger. A little bit Mary Ann.
