Kookin in Key West

Am new, and plan to ask many questions. I'm not a proffessional cook, nor chef, but spend a great deal of my spare time in the kitchen. I'm a building contractor by trade, but think I should have followed my cousin to Johnson & Whales.

Welcome, Kookin. It's nice you've found us. If you had a desire to learn at Johnson & Wales, this is the next best thing without paying the tuition.

Take a few minutes to browse our forums and see what treasures await.

Glad to have you.
