New guy here. Been smoke'n for a few yrs. Started w/a POS bullet and now have a traeger 075 and now my Louisiana 1320 "Whole Hog". both pellet smokers.

I'm look'n for my first comp comming this Feb. Not look'n to win, just to learn and have fun.
