I am new and found this site by accident. I was looking for help with my homemade bread smelling almost like vinegar tonight. I make bread every 2 to 3 days and this has happened twice before, HELP

Hi Nancy! I'm glad you have joined us. You might want to post your question in the baking forum, as it will be seen by more bread bakers that way. I'm sure someone here will be able to help you.

Hello and welcome to the group. I have baked for years and never come across that problem. Look up the NY no kneed bread formula it is tremendous.
