I am new and found this site by accident. I was looking for help with my homemade bread smelling almost like vinegar tonight. I make bread every 2 to 3 days and this has happened twice before, HELP

Hello and welcome to the group. I have baked for years and never come across that problem. Look up the NY no kneed bread formula it is tremendous.
