just dropped in to say hello and to get to know how to use the forums. I don't cook alot anymore, but I use to and have it all stored upstairs lol.
I eat the Blood Type Diet(also known as Eat Right 4 Your Type) I am Type O+. I eat as a nonsecretor. I have lost weight and in better health.
