Hello everyone.
My name is Victor. I live in Morrison, CO.
My wife and I decided that we needed to eat at home more, and out less. Dang Economy!
She started cooking more, and did not enjoy it AT ALL. So then, we started taking turns, and lo and behold, I had the knack!
Now, I do all the cooking and she does the clean up. Works great!
I think I do better because I have developed a passion for cooking, and am willing to work through my mistakes.
I am looking forward to trying anything and everything I learn from you folks on this site.
I am very excited to be here.
