Hi everyone, I'm Chris and I've been reading this board for the past week and decided to join up. I'm from the Seattle area and spend most of my free time chasing salmon and steelhead. I'm looking forward to picking up some cooking tips and maybe swap a recipe or two.
Thanks for the nice welcome, everyone. Mark, my lady friend and I are at the market a couple of times a month or so. I would go more often but the crowds can make it nearly impossible to shop, especially in the summer.
