Hello everyone,
New on the forum, like to cook, love my copper ware and keep it shiny. I like quailty in my equipment, not necessarily the most expensive.
Northern California resident and fan of fresh foods, wholesome meals and good wines that don't cost a fortune. I'm an omnivore, but de-emphasizing the red meat somewhat.
Hope to contribute to some discussions as time goes by.
