New - Have a question

Hi,
This is my first post. I have been shopping for new cookware & have been impressed with the posts about Tivoli cookware. I have seen it at TJ Maxx & it looks good. But can anyone tell me what "inox bonded" means? This appears on the bottom of the stainless cookware. Thanks! I'm really enjoying these forums.
